"Lets Heat it UP! On Se Rechauffe!" was the perfect theme. WE Let the Good Times Roll in Downtown Norman with the 18th Annual Norman Mardi Gras Parade on Saturday, February 18th at 7pm!
Artists, musicians, families, dogs, businesses, and community were downtown shakin off any Winter Blues and Heatin' it Up with creative folks, donations and collaborations.
